| How do I access my Voice Mail? | |
| Click here for detailed instructions on how to use [Voice Mail]. | |
| Sometimes my voice mail indicator doesn’t clear from the display of my phone but I have no new messages. How can I make it go away? | |
| The message indicator on your phone can usually be cleared by accessing the “messages” option on your phone and selecting the ‘clear message count’ option. If your phone does not have this option, you can leave yourself a voicemail and then listen to it from your cell phone; this shows your phone that you have listened to your “new message”. | |
| How do I access my voice mail while roaming? | |
| Option A: From a land line, first dial your own cellular number and press send. You will hear your greeting message. Interrupt your message by pressing the star key, then you will be prompted to enter your password, followed by the star key. NOTE: If you do not know your password, you may call the Golden State Cellular Call Center and after verifying some information they will reset your password. |

| Do free mobile to mobile and free night and weekend minutes apply anywhere I go? | |
| Yes, on our new rate plans all the minutes, including mobile to mobile and free night & weekends, apply in all 50 States. If you are one of our older plans, no. On those plans the mobile to mobile and night & weekend minutes are home area only features. You will be using your allotted “anywhere” minutes or billed at the roaming rate for the plan you are on for any minutes used out of our home area. | |
