When does my billing month end? |

Golden
State Cellular has 3 different billing cycles
at the current time -- The 1st, 11th & 21st. You can identify which cycle
you are on by the “Bill Date” on
the first page of your bill, or by calling
us at 800-453-8255. |

How do I find my phone number and related information on my bill? |
 |
The phone specific information starts on page
2 of your bill if you have only one line,
or page 3 if you have multiple lines. |

How much am I charged for going over my minutes? |
 |
The
overage charge is plan specific. Most
of Golden State Cellular's plans
charge 39¢ per minute over your
plan allowance. That price is
also subject to change. |

How do I know what plan I have? |
 |
Your
plan information is located in the phone
specific breakdown on your bill. You will
see the basic plan you are on and any features,
extra minutes, etc. will be listed below
that. |

Can I change my plan anytime? |
 |
You
have the option to change your plan as
your needs change. (This does not automatically
renew your contract.) If you have
a current contract you may be charged a
fee if you drop below the minimum plan
available on your contract. |
