To change the number of rings before message is transferred to voice mail:

Press *94 then the number of seconds (default is 16) maximum of 32 + send + end.

Instructions for new Voice Mail System:

To Access Your Voice Mail: Dial your own cellular number from any phone. (If out of the area you will need to include your area code.)

If you hear a prompt – Follow the prompt
If you hear your own message – Press the * key and then follow the prompt.

**You can also dial *86 from your mobile phone on most networks.

While listening press: 1 = Rewind 8 = Reply 11 = Rewind to beginning 9 = Save 2 = Pause 89 = Normal Volume 3 = Fast Forward 99 = Louder Volume 33 = Fast Forward to End * = Return to Main Menu 5 = Message Date/Time # = Skip Message 7 = Delete ## = Skip to Saved Messages

To Personalize Your Mailbox Log into your mailbox. At the main menu, press 4 for Personal Options: Password From the Personal Options Menu, press 2 for Administrative Options. Then press 1 for password options and follow the prompts. Greeting/Name Options From the Personal Options Menu, press 3 for Greeting/Name Options, press 1 to select or modify greetings, press 1 to record greeting and follow the prompts.
