Can I control how and when I receive picture/video messages on my phone? |
 |
Your picture/video messaging phone is configured to automatically download and display new picture/video messages. You may configure your picture/video messaging phone to notify you when a new picture/video message is received (“prompt mode”). When in prompt mode, before a new picture/video message is downloaded to your phone, you will receive a non-billable notification that includes the sender’s email address or phone number, and gives you the option of downloading the picture/video message, delaying download until a later time, or rejecting the picture/video message. If you reject the picture/video message, it will not be downloaded and you will not be charged for that message. For instructions on how to configure your phone to prompt mode, please refer to your phone manufacturer’s user manual. |
