FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: 05-04-10: Jamestown, California. Golden State Cellular announces that long time General Manager Dan Rule will be leaving the company to take a new position with Golden State managing partner Sierra Telephone of Oakhurst. Mr. Rule has been with the company for seventeen years. Under his leadership the company has grown to become a major communications provider in the Mother Lode with three retail locations and over 50 employees. Mr. Rule will be stepping in to a newly created position as Sierra Telephone’s Business Development Manager.
Dan Rule
Replacing Mr. Rule as Golden State Cellular General Manager will be Lawrence Moore. Mr. Moore has been with the company for 8 years most recently as Network Operations Manager where he has overseen a 30 percent expansion of the company’s network and the addition of 3G capability, a new voice mail system and numerous system upgrades.
